Definitions
“Competition Rules” means the requirements and eligibility for entry into this competition.
“We”, “us” or “our” means Southern Plumbing Plus.
“SPP” means Southern Plumbing Plus.
“Entrant” or “you” means you as an eligible entrant to the competition.
“Customer” or “Customers” means you as a Southern Plumbing Plus Customer.
“Competition” refers to what is official termed Trade Promotion Lottery
General
The Southern Plumbing Plus “Villeroy & Boch and Argent Dining Gift Card Competition” runs from 8 October to 20 December 2024. By entering this competition, you agree to these Competition Terms and Conditions. The competition will be drawn within 7 business days of the end of each month in October, November and December 2024.
The winner will be advised via telephone or email within 2 business days.
Entry Conditions
a) To enter the competition, eligible entrants must spend $700 or more on Villeroy & Boch and Argent products in a single transaction between the following dates:
1. 8 to 31 October 2024.
2. 1 to 30 November 2024.
3. 1 to 20 December 2024.
b) Entry is automatic.
Prizes
This competition consists of one (1) prize for one (1) winning customer each month:
A Restaurant Gift Card valued at $200.
Judging and Awards
The winner will be selected by way of a random draw each month.
The result of the prize draw is final and binding. No correspondence or discussions will be entered into regarding the winner or individual entries.
No Liability
Southern Plumbing Plus is not liable for any loss or damage which is suffered, including but not limited to special, indirect, consequential loss or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking or using or participating in any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
