How to get started
Switch is Southern Plumbing’s powerful mobile trading app exclusive to trade account customers. The below guide outlines how customers can register for and begin using Switch.
Find your invitation sent to the email address you use for your SPP trade account.
Eligible trade account customers have been sent a nomination form invitation.
Check your inbox or junk folder and follow the instructions to get started.
The business director or authorised official will need to confirm who can use the Switch app on their trade account.
Not a company director or authorised official?
If you are not a company director or authorised official of the business (example: you’re a foreman, employee or apprentice) and wish to use Switch, speak with your manager about being assigned an account. If you are unsure, contact [email protected] for assistance.
Can't find or didn't receive an invitation?
Download the app and register
Register as a new customer on the app launch screen with your details.
We’ll email you a form to authorise your account administrators. Once approved, you’ll receive an email with your Switch login.
