News – Management changes at Southern Plumbing Plus

After 33 years running Southern Plumbing, Warwick Beutler is retiring as Managing Director, effective 30 September. He will remain as Chairman of the board. 
 
Warwick will be replaced by Jason Miller, who has also served the company for more than 30 years, most of them in senior management positions.
 
Warwick explained: “I’m in my 75th year, so it’s time to see whether there really is something better than work!”
 
“It’s been an absolute privilege to see our company grow to become the largest independent supplier of plumbing and bathroom products in our region. We’ve been helped by thousands of loyal customers and dedicated staff who have honoured our promise of providing the best customer service they can. My departure doesn’t change that commitment. The senior management team will continue to put the customer first.”
 
“It’s not possible to thank all customers personally for their support, but I hope to see many of them as I visit the stores in the weeks ahead”, Warwick said.
 
The incoming MD, Jason Miller said: “My job – supported by our experienced senior management team – is to uphold the fundamental principles that have brought this company success over the last 45 years. They’re the principles of honesty, integrity and fairness in our relationship with our customers.”
