Each month you’ll receive an email containing your points balance, giving you the option to spend as you go or accrue your points for big ticket items such as travel, flights and luxury items.
You also have the option to transfer your monthly credits to a VISA Debit card which can be use anywhere that VISA is accepted.

If you’re an existing account customer, we emailed you a link to the form. Complete the form online or drop into your local trade store register.
Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation call from our team, followed by a welcome email with your account login details to access to the Plus Factor Rewards website and goods/services catalogue.
Using your points
Once your points are updated each month you’ll receive a notification of your balance.
You can redeem your points monthly or let them accrue for big-ticket items such as holidays and travel.
