Forgotten your password or logging in for the first time?
Whether you’ve forgotten your password or logging into Switch for the first time and need a password, the Reset your password function is how you’ll create a new password.
Step 1: Locate the reset link
Visit the Switch homepage at www.switch.spplus.com.au.
Click the Reset you password link located underneath the login form.
Step 2: Enter your email
Enter your email address that is registered with your Southern Plumbing Plus trade customer account and select RESET MY PASSWORD.
Step 3: Check your email and create a new password
You will receive an email from Southern Plumbing Plus which includes a link that will direct you to a webpage where you will save your new password.
Complete the form to reset your password and SAVE.
You're ready to login!
Visit the Switch homepage at www.switch.spplus.com.au.
Enter your email address and password into the login form and select LOGIN.
